1. Restore 'SOEPediSANEProtocol.bak' into the SQL database (after download, extract the zip)
	-https://share.secondopinion.net/MA/SOEPediSANEProtocol.zip

2. In the web.config file, section <connectionStrings></connectionStrings> add the following and change the 'Server', 'Uid', and 'Pwd' to match that of your environment:
	-<add name="DbContextPediSANEProtocolPlugin" connectionString="Server=CHANGEME; Database=SOEPediSANEProtocol; Uid=CHANGEME; Pwd=CHANGEME;" providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />

3. Download the following file and extract and overwrite the contents into the Second Opinion Enterprise web folder (usually: 'C:\inetpub\SecondOpinion.Net'):
	-https://share.secondopinion.net/MA/sonet164.4.rar

4. Run the following SQL script on the Second Opinion Enterprise database (usually: 'sotelsoenet'):
	-https://share.secondopinion.net/MA/PediSANE SQL.txt
